Welcome!

I'm an evolutionary ecologist studying the evolution of reproductive diversity and mate choice in wild and domestic plants. I'm currently using theory and population genomics to study reproductive isolation between maize and teosinte. I also study the evolution of sex in natural populations of rock cress (Boechera) and recombination rate variation in maize and teosinte.

I'm a postdoc with Yaniv Brandvain at the University of Minnesota and Jeff Ross-Ibarra at UC Davis. I'm also affiliated with the University and Jepson Herbaria at UC Berkeley.
